Affairs, at the Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel, State College Pa., on January
15, 2011. Andy performs in a form of a rap, “Spoken Word” in celebration of Dr.
Martin Luther King Jr’s memory and his famous speech, “I Have a Dream.” Many
members of the diverse State College community gather each year to celebrate
African American history and culture made possible by groups like The Forum on
Black Affairs.
