Andy Lucien, a Penn State graduate student majoring in the fine arts, performs at the 36th
annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Banquet sponsored by The Forum on Black
Affairs, at the Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel, State College Pa., on January
15, 2011. Andy performs in a form of a rap, “Spoken Word” in celebration of Dr.
Martin Luther King Jr’s memory and his famous speech, “I Have a Dream.” Many
members of the diverse State College community gather each year to celebrate
African American history and culture made possible by groups like The Forum on
Black Affairs.
